Fees

We normally either visit the client on site for an initial introductory discussion or you can visit our studio. Either way we try to give you and idea and schedule of all the anticipated costs involved, from our own fee, local authority fees and any other consultants who we believe would be necessary for the project.

We have contact with other consultants such as engineers and quantity surveyors who we can call upon as required.

Fees for the smaller domestic projects are normally based on a fixed lump sum.

Fees for larger projects will normally be based on a percentage rate depending on the size  and complexity of the project.

Occasionally we may feel an hourly rate with a ceiling is appropriate.

We would be happy to discuss informally any proposal you have in mind.
